Someone actually asked me "what happens if you don't have anything to say?"
Speechless? Someone in sales and marketing is speechless? Not very likely!
So many sources to kick start your podcasts. Here are just a few:
1. Interview other people.
2. Subscribe to Google Alerts on your topic of interest, and podcast about your take on the news.
3. How about a quiz show to encourage audience participation?
4. Why not record your events, seminars, sermons, or other training workshops?
